Main application:

Heat-treatment of metals at rapid heating without over-shoot and stable temperature with protection of oxidation and/or decarburation. Annealing and hardening of metals.

Instrument specification

Salt bath temperature ranges:
Durferrite AS 140 Sodium Nitrite salt 160° ~ 540°C
Durferrite GS 430 Barium/Calcium- chloride salt 480° ~ 700°C
Durferrite GS 660 Alkali chloride salt 700° ~ 900°C

Maximum sample size: 300x150x50mm

Other facilties:
Mobile salt bath (Tmax 410°C)
2 Box furnaces (Tmax 1200°C)
3 Silicon oil baths (Tmax 250°C
Vertical tube furnace (Tmax 1300°C
Quenching/cooling with oil, water or sand
Hot air circulation furnace (Tmax 650°C)
