Main application:

A machine for shaping a piece of material, such as wood or metal, by rotating it rapidly along its axis while pressing against a fixed cutting or abrading tool


Used for manufacturing parts for the TU Delft submission in the Formula Student competion and Wasub II submarine project.

The lathe machine uses a teach-in program for controlling. Supported materials include metals, wood and plastics.
